Concept

The concept of I-Tijaarah Store was built around empowering entrepreneurs to source, import, and sell products online with ease. The goal was to design a digital platform that simplifies the entire e-commerce business processes  from product procurement to marketing and sales and also educating users on how to start and scale their importation business confidently.

Ideation

During the brainstorming phase, the focus was on clarity, credibility, and conversion. I wanted the interface to:

  • Communicate trust by the users through professional visuals and a warm color that communicate to the users.
  • Present key services like product sourcing, training, and payment support clearly and logically.
  • Encourage users to take immediate action via WhatsApp CTAs and contact form.

Process

The design and development process followed a clear UX/UI workflow:

  • Research: Studied similar importation and e-commerce training platforms to understand user expectations.
  • Wireframing: Outlined each page section (hero, about, services, testimonials, contact) with a conversion first approach.
  • Design: Used a modern layout with consistent typography, clean icons, and strategic color contrast to highlight CTAs.
  • Development: Implemented the design in WordPress using Elementor, ensuring responsiveness and smooth scrolling.
  • Optimization: Integrated a simple contact form, WhatsApp direct messaging, and quick navigation for better user flow.

Problem Solved

Many aspiring entrepreneurs struggle with complex importation processes, lack of reliable sourcing, and difficulty launching online stores.

I-Tijaarah Store solves this by:

  • Offering step-by-step E-commerce Jumpstart training.
  • Providing trusted sourcing and procurement services
  • Giving users hands-on marketing and store setup support.
  • Offering direct communication through WhatsApp to increase trust and conversion.
